Government session: Draft Memorandum of Cooperation with BiH for development of digital infrastructure, digital public services and digital transformation presented

Minister Habijan presented to the Government of the Republic of Croatia the Draft Memorandum between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on cooperation in the areas of digital infrastructure development, development of digital public services and digital transformation

'The Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina held a joint session in June 2023, at which a conclusion was reached, instructing both governments to launch an initiative for the preparation of the memorandum of understanding', the Minister said.

The aim is to create an area of cooperation in developing secure digital infrastructure and digital public services, and digital transformation.

'This Memorandum, as set out in the draft, creates a framework for mutual cooperation, exchange of knowledge and advisory support in the development of secure digital infrastructure and digital public services, in particular as regards the establishment of a system for the provision of trust services', concluded the Minister.
